Here are some antique China Heads

 This is Emma (in the center) with a blonde B and P Parian on her right and a China head on her left that has been in a fire (head only)

 This is Abigail an 1860s China head

 

Dolls by Jan Conwell: Emily Rose, Violet and Amador.with a large blonde china head in the back.

This is called a Toluca "Gourd" doll (about 10 inches tall) no gourd there though.
